Dear Fans and Friends,
First, I just want to thank you for visiting my website and for all the support and encouragement. It means everything to me.
I’ve thought about having a place to share my thoughts for a while now. I realize how blessed I am to live the life I do. Basketball has opened amazing doors for me and has enabled me to meet interesting people all over the world. It’s provided the opportunity to travel, to live in different places and to experience different cultures, viewpoints and perspectives. Through this site I want to share this journey with you and am excited to have you along for the ride.
In the coming months, I want to update you about the season and my journey in real time, as it’s happening from my perspective — the opportunities, the challenges and moments big and small. And while basketball is my passion, I want to use this platform to share some of my other interests. I want to give you a look at what I’m into at the moment whether it’s books, movies, restaurants or everyday things that inspire me.
I’m most excited about highlighting people I look up to in the “Inspiration” section. There are people of excellence in everyday life that don’t get their work broadcast on national television but impact people in their own way. I want to take time to celebrate them. You will get to meet some of the people closest to me, people who I learn from and look up to and those I meet along the way.
I also want to hear what you’re interested in and what inspires you. Send me your ideas and suggestions through the Contact section and be sure to sign up for my newsletter. This site is for the fans and I can’t wait to see what we come up with together.
One last thing — the locker room is a sacred place and I respect my teammates and coaches enough to keep what happens there separate from what I share on here. I’m sure you understand.
Thanks, again to everyone.
Let’s have fun,
Mason
